2. Processing Time:

  • Our standard handling time is 2-3 business days.
  • Transit time is 7-12 business days.
  • Orders placed before 05:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) from Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.

Otherwise, within the next business day. Please note that our warehouse operates Monday-Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In such cases, we take steps to ensure shipment delays are minimized.

3. Change of Delivery Address:
If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order has been dispatched.

4. Items Out of Stock:
In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and provide you with an estimated restocking date. You can choose to wait for the item to be restocked or cancel the out-of-stock item(s) and receive a refund. We will dispatch the rest of the order as usual.
