RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for any reason within 14 days of the original ARRIVAL DATE . The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in the same condition as when we shipped it. If the item meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping charges.
WRONG ITEM OR DAMAGED ITEM
If you received the wrong item or a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you as soon as possible, free of charge. If a replacement item is not available, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.
EXCHANGES
